Minutes of Meeting
March 10, 2015

Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm with seven (7) members present.

Secretary’s report was read. Roger Hall made motion to accept. Motion seconded by Derek Pryce. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report was read. Roger Hall made motion to accept. Motion seconded by Sandy Conti. Motion carried.

County News-Sandy Woodbeck:

• February 1st club in Orleans County broke down. Left it beside road. Vandalized.
• A couple of months ago, VAST was not giving grants for rubber track groomers. VAST will now give equipment grant but not repair grants for the rubber tracks.
• Grooming cap-no more money above that.
• Land Trust People wanted map showing where the old trail went on Orsmbee’s property. Will mention this to Fred Strong and look at it this summer.
• Next year, letter to Select Board for use of crossing town roads.

Trails report-Roger Hall:

• New relay put on for windshield.
• Front cab clamp installed.
• No speedometers or odometers working.
• Hydraulic leak on drag repaired. A leak on plow cylinder needs to be fixed.
• Groomed 9 out of 12 weeks. 1,032 miles groomed.
