Minutes of Meeting
April 15, 2014

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with nine (9) members present.

Secretary’s report was read.  Roger Hall made motion to accept.  Motion seconded by Terry Conti.  Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report was read.  Roger Hall made motion to accept.  Motion seconded by Derek Pryce.  Motion carried.

County News:

• Past 16 years average or present number of week and use which is greater for our grooming contract for 2014-2015.
• Cabot-not enough help; five (5) bridges that can’t be used; called Marshfield and told them they need to fix them; argued at county meeting; Cabot is responsible for bridge repairs.
• Calais bought Tucker that Hardwick had.
• Still looking for Alexis’ replacement.
• Some clubs slow at paying County dues.  County dues are used for law enforcement, certain amount for reimbursement for intersection signs, and emergency repairs.
• TMAs down this year to about 20,000 from 24,000 last year.

Trails Report:

• Repaired bracket for hydraulic.
• Groomed 11 out of 16 weeks total for 757.8 miles.
• Used 462 gallons of fuel.
• Need to clean and put up Piston Bulley.
• Projects to think about:
• Bridge by Dr. Wilson
• Fred Strong bridge
• Check Suspension bridge
• Decking on Sibley’s bridge
• Mike Russ’s needs trail work.
• April 30th, 6:00 pm Trails seminar-someone from club needs to go to get any grant money.
• Stakes need to be collected.

Money Items:

• Landowner appreciation:  Stay at $15 plus two (2) businesses.
• Four Corner School stay at $50.
• Leave dues at $12.
• Roger Hall to do repairs on Piston Bulley as needed.
• Get construction grans as needed (Roger Hall).
• Post Office box rent.
• Jeff Parker made motion to accept the above money matters.  Motion seconded by Henry Murray.  Motion carried.
