Minutes of Meeting
April 10, 2007


Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with nine (9) members present.

Secretary?s report was read. Roger Hall made motion to accept. Motion seconded by Judy Woodbeck. Motion carried.

Treasurer?s report was read and accepted.

VAST:
-Construction seminar, May 23, 2007.
-Signing grant made out and Ted Gomey will sign it at seminar.
-5-year average talking about changing to 7 and drop high and low years. Talking about changes of TMA categories will have multi-prices through year. Buy early, less before December 15. Looking at 3 to 7 day pass at pre season rate before December 15. Study committee set up and will investigate these new changes. Taking after New Brunswick.

Trails Report:
-860 miles groomed.
-Changed hose on Piston Bulley.
-Most signs picked up.
-New trail in Chickering cleared out. Limbing still needs to be done.
-Piston Bulley at Roger Hall?s to work on in summer.
-Suspension bridge needs to be looked at.
-Roll needs to be repaired.
-Check out trail at Bruce Fitches for next year.

County Meeting: Montpelier, Worcester and Calais had meeting for a grooming contract.

Roger Hall made a motion to make $15 gift certificates to Wayside for appreciation. Motion seconded by Henry Murray. Motion carried.

Pat McKinstry made motion to raise club dues from $10 to $12. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried.

Henry Murray made motion to give four (4) businesses a $15 gift certificate to Wayside. Motion seconded by Pat McKinstry. Motion carried.

Roger Hall made motion to give Roger Hall upfront money for construction projects. Motion seconded by Jeff Parker. Motion carried.

Pat McKinstry made motion to give Trail Master necessary money for trail and bridge repairs.   Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried.

Henry Murray made motion to cover cost of Piston Bulley maintenance and repair. Motion seconded by Denny Gove. Motion carried.

Henry Murray made motion to donate $50 to Four Corner Schoolhouse for the use of their building. Motion seconded by Pat McKinstry. Motion carried.

Jeff Parker made motion to accept the following list of officers for next year: 2007-2008: President ? Sandy Woodbeck; Vice-President ? Denny Gove; Secretary ? Linda Hall; Treasurer ? Henry Murray; Trail Master ? Roger Hall; Web Site ? Derek Price; Director ? Pat McKinstry (2010). Motion seconded by Lyle McKinstry. Motion carried.

Henry Murray made motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 pm.
