Minutes of Meeting
November 15, 2005


Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with ten (10) members present.

Secretary?s report was read. Roger Hall made motion to accept. Motion seconded by Denny Gove. Motion carried.

Treasurer?s report was rad and accepted.

County meeting:
-Peacham ? Ross Page did work without land owner?s permission. Land owners shutting off trails.
-Grooming contractor ? unemployment benefit. Have to have company name and registered with State.
-4-H Clubs ? starting. Ideas to get more young adults interested. No cost to clubs.
-TMA $2,000 term life insurance on each TMA sold.
-Trail in Worcester ? all done except 500-foot section. State says ?no heavy equipment? to do that work.
-Next summer. International Snowmobile Council will be sponsored held in Burlington, Vermont.

Trail report:
-Still doing maintenance on Piston Bulley.
-Bridge put in field by Bill Parker?s.
-Made new sign post for Peter Hill and Derek Price.
-Put bed liners on Plainfield bridge and put new fencing up.
-Lyle Haven is marked.
-Jobs inspected and signed off by Ted Gomey.

New Business:
-Gravel Pit: new wet lands but we still have permission to use it.
-Grooming contract has been received. Decide what to do with Montpelier. Discussion followed. Sandy Woodbeck will check up on it.
-A lot of blow down on trails. Check trails.
-Anchor by Colburn Bridge not done yet.
-Lilac bush by 4-Corner School. Agreed we could move it and put it by where picnic table is. Discussion of who we could get to move it.
-Problem on East Barre Dam; might have been figured out.
-VAST gave Gully Jumpers a grooming certificate for outstanding groomed trails.
-Snowmobile Safety Course at U-32, December 12, 14, and 16, 2005; 6:30 ? 8:30 pm. Anyone over age of 12. Aaron at Community Connection is the contact. $10 per student.
-Passport needed to go in and out of Canada as of December 31, 2005.
-?Recipical of insurance between Canada and United States.

Henry Murray made motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
