Minutes of Meeting
April 12, 2005


Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm with eleven (11) members present.

Secretary?s report was read. Roger Hall made motion to accept. Motion seconded by Denny Gove. Motion carried.

Treasurer?s report was read and accepted.

County report:
- Membership ? TMA Vast level down ?25 to 33%. Non-residence. Budget problem. We?re down about 15%.
- New study: Noise of snowmobiles. Stop. Rev to 4000 RPM?s reads level. Fairly accurate. Would stand up in court.
- New policy concerning adding mileage to new trail. Can add only once a year in May.
- Survey on construction cost, cost of lumber and what is used. Roger Hall will fill it out. Why so much difference?
- Ron Plazite still in Intensive Care, but out of coma.

Trails report:
- Last grooming: groomed 9 out of 16 weeks. 889 miles, 575 gallons of fuel.
- Draw bar fixed. Spare one cracked. Will be fixed this summer for spare.
- Disconnect drag and put away.
- Wait to put Piston Bully until serviced.
- Started pulling stakes and closing gates.
- Trail seminar May 24, 2005. Roger Hall is planning to attend.

Web master:
- Membership taken out.
- Looked at other clubs. Will rebuild ours to draw people, mainly target out of staters. Thanks Derek Price.

News:
- Groton ? No TMA, insurance, or registration - $1,000 fine. $400 not coming to a complete stop.

Take care of money matters
- Landowners appreciation: Roger Hall made motion to continue with gift certificates to Wayside for $15.00. Henry Murray seconded motion. Motion carried.
- Club dues: Keep at $10 for coming year? Dave Guilmette made motion to keep at $10. Motion seconded by Pat McKinstry. Motion carried.
- Dave Guilmette made motion to authorize Henry Murray to give 4 certificates to businesses who sold memberships. Roger Hall seconded motion. Motion carried.
- Roger Hall made motion to give $50 to 4-Corners School for use of the building. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried.
- Groomer service: In past was $850 to change fluids during leasing. Two options ? 1. Stay with Kassbohrer with price so much per hour or 2. Charlibous who does service on big machinery. Sandy Woodbeck would like to search that out more and then will have it serviced. Dave Guilmette made a motion to have Sandy check this out. Motion was seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried. Sandy will call three (3) Directors to authorize this.
- Denny Gove made motion to authorize Roger Hall money to buy materials for construction projects. Motion seconded by Dave Guilmette. Motion carried.
- Henry Murray made motion to reimburse operators $1.50 a mile. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried.

Discussion of possible new name changes occurred.

Discussion of Safety triangle for Piston Bully break down. Warning lights for drag discussed for next year.

Henry Murray made motion to adjourn meeting. Motion seconded by Angela Woodbeck. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 pm.
